Each sponge cake has 4 layers of sponge, and 3 layers of buttercream/jam.  The cake is then coated in white chocolate ganache and covered with a thin layer of sugarpaste/fondant.

Fruit cakes are covered in marzipan and then a layer of sugarpaste.

The prices are guidelines only as the design of the cake rather than just the size of the cake is an integral part of the costing.

If you would like a showstopper of a wedding cake, but only need to feed a relatively small number of people, then dummy tiers can be added for impact.  We can discuss your ideas during the wedding consultation where design ideas can be explored.
